Conflict Resolution

All our tutors have attended the NHS CFSMS Conflict Resolution National Syllabus Familiarisation Seminar and are able to meet the 10 objectives as identified by CFSMS relating to the Conflict Management National Syllabus. Our courses are also accredited by CIEH.

Aims: 
To enable people to recognise different aspects of conflict that they may encounter and to be able to understand and be aware of the different methods of resolving conflict.
